Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number. When your order is shipped, you will receive a second email with a tracking number. In some cases, orders may be split into multiple packages, but you will still receive one order number and one tracking number for the full order.


Signature & Delivery
Some orders may require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available to sign, the courier will leave a delivery attempt notice. You can then arrange for redelivery at your convenience.

If you request delivery without a signature, Golden Years Boutique is not liable for lost or damaged packages.

Exceptions:

  1. If a package is returned due to failure of delivery (e.g., unable to pick up/sign), the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.

  2. If a package arrives damaged, please accept the delivery and contact info@GoldenYearsBoutique.com. Unauthorized refusals may result in the customer bearing shipping costs.

  3. If tracking is lost for more than 5 business days, contact info@GoldenYearsBoutique.com.

Delivery attempts may include leaving the package with a neighbor at the driver’s discretion. Signature-required packages that cannot be delivered will be returned to our warehouse. For lost or missing packages, we provide the carrier and tracking information so customers may contact the courier directly. Golden Years Boutique is not responsible for packages sent to mail forwarding services.

In the event of suspected theft, please file a police report with your local authorities. Refund or exchange claims will be processed only after the report is submitted. Our Loss Prevention Team will contact you within 48–72 business hours once the report is received. Please provide all requested details to facilitate investigation.


Shipping Delays
Golden Years Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by natural events, force majeure, or courier-related issues such as customs clearance.


Pre-Orders
Pre-order items allow you to reserve new arrivals in advance.

  • Pre-orders cannot be canceled once placed.

  • Shipping dates may vary due to availability, customs, or other uncontrollable factors.

  • You will receive a notification if items cannot be dispatched, including refund details.

All pre-order items will ship as soon as they become available.


Order Processing & Shipping Time

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–8 business days.

  • Shipping estimates provided at checkout reflect delivery time only and do not include processing.

  • Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing times.

  • Tracking information will be provided via email and updated within 72 business hours.


Duties, Taxes & Customs
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Golden Years Boutique does not collect or pay these fees.

  • Customers authorize Golden Years Boutique to import goods on their behalf.

  • Customers are responsible for customs clearance, duties, taxes, and any additional shipping charges due to shipment abandonment, rejection, or return caused by customs issues.

  • All international orders may incur mandatory government fees; limits vary by country. Please check your local customs regulations for details.
